Last call for this week's workshop
Tiny Books, Big Joy
Last Call for my Mini Zine Workshop!
This is your friendly reminder that my Tiny Zine Workshop is this week and it’s your final chance to book your spot at a pay-what-you-can rate.
The Pencil Case Pages: Create a Mini Journal
Thursday 18th September 7-9pm BST
**Join live or watch the recording at a time that suits you**
In this fun, relaxed session, we’ll take a single sheet of paper and transform it into a tiny handmade sketchbook: an 8-page zine. And if you’re feeling adventurous, I’ll show you how to make a teeny-tiny 16-page version too (complete with a cute cover!).
Here’s the plan:
We’ll make tiny folded books, doodle our favourite art materials (pens, brushes, paints, scissors and glue) and create interesting & inspiring page layouts.
We will think about what inspires us and expand our doodles, add some words with simple, fun journal prompts.
Fold, cut, collage… and tinker about a bit!
And of course, I’ll share plenty of tips, tricks, and inspiration so you can keep filling your zine after class (there’s enough content to fill multiple mini journals!!)
Feel free to use the prompts in your sketchbook or visual journal rather than make a mini book.
This is for you if you:
Love sketchbooks, journaling, or playful creative projects.
Want a relaxed, creative break (no art experience needed).
Enjoy experimenting, making things by hand and slowing down with something fun.
If you’ve been to one of my workshops before, you’ll know I can’t stop making little books. They’re tiny, joyful, and kind of addictive in the best way.
So come join me! It’s relaxed, easy, and I know you’ll leave with something you’ll treasure.

This seems like just the sort of thing I would love! But I am stretched pretty thin this week: already signed up for a licensing class and a digital webinar, plus critique group meeting this week. But please KEEP IT Coming! Hope to meet with you all next time around <3
On an unrelated note, did you see the Booby Plate on Antiques Roadshow last night? And valued at £1500 despite serious stapling on the back! So enjoyed my attempt at that one! Ha ha! Jenny xx
